Also, by registering to EUROPEAN CONGRESS OF VETERINARY NEPHROLOGY, you grant permission to the organizing company to use photos/films taken from you, respectively your company presence, by our official photographer(team), onsite during the meeting for marketing purposes (event reporting, promotion of follow-up events & self-marketing) for an indefinite period of time. In relation to the above purposes, our company processes the following categories of personal data: name, surname, ID, address, country, email, mobile phone/phone, credit card number, IBAN, image.
Your data will only be passed on to third parties, who are directly involved in running the event and when the organizational process makes it necessary – in accordance with your bookings (organizing company, hotel, transport companies, etc.), or other legal institutions authorized by the law to request such information.
