SOLAR GLOBAL VISION S.R.L. is the agency that, as a PCO (Professional
Congress Organiser), has been appointed by ARCERIV to organize the 3rd European Congress of
Veterinary Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Surgery (hereinafter referred to as the
Congress/Congress).
SOLAR GLOBAL VISION S.R.L. has its registered office in Ploiești, Bd.

SOLAR GLOBAL VISION S.R.L. (SOLAR TRAVEL & EVENTS) is constantly concerned
with ensuring a high level of personal data protection, in compliance with the provisions of
the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and any
applicable national laws, regulations and secondary legislation which relate to the
processing of personal data, as amended or updated from time to time and any successor
legislation.
By using and completing this form, you agree to the collection, processing, storage
and transfer of your data, under the following conditions:
- Solar Travel & Events processes your personal data by automated/manual means, for the
following purposes: to process your Congress registration, to charge your credit
card//to receive your payment by PO for the registration fee & additional services you
ordered (accommodation, transfer), to process & confirm your accommodation reservation
at Ramada North Hotel based on your order, to process & confirm your transfer
reservation based on your order, to send you via e-mail the QR code needed for issuing
the congress badge, to send you via e-mail relevant Congress information, to issue and
send you via e-mail your fiscal invoice, to prepare the Congress attendance list & to
send it to ARCERIV.
- In relation to the above purposes, Solar Travel & Events processes the following
categories of personal data: name, surname, home address, e-mail address, telephone
number, credit/debit number, IBAN.
- Your data will be transmitted only to third parties who are directly involved in the
Congress organization and only when the organizational process requires this (in
accordance with your reservations), or to other institutions empowered by law to request
this information.
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify or delete your
personal data, restrict your personal data processing, the right of personal data portability,
the right to opposition, the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on
automated processing and the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority
for the Processing of Personal Data.
